The largest sanatorium of the complex — 538 beds in four residential buildings. It stands on the bank of the Horol river, in a park of 45 hectares.
Its main specialisation is diabetes mellitus. It was here, in 1994, that Ukraine’s first “Diabetes School” was created: a programme that teaches patients to live with the diagnosis rather than simply complete a course of procedures. Rehabilitation programmes are designed separately for type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Besides endocrinology, the sanatorium treats digestive diseases, disorders of the peripheral nervous system and of the musculoskeletal system, and works with thyroid conditions and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 10:00. Children are accepted from the age of four.
