- Type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, compensated or subcompensated, with or without complications (E10, E11)
- Diabetic peripheral angiopathy of the lower limbs (E10.5, E11.5)
- Diabetic retinopathy, stages I and II (E10.3, E11.3)
- Diabetic nephropathy, stages I–IV (E10.2, E11.2)
- Diabetic polyneuropathy (E10.4 + G63.2, E11.4; G63.2)
- Impaired glucose tolerance (R73.0)
Contraindications

- Decompensated type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus with the following complications (E10, E11)
- Ketoacidosis (E10.1, E11.1)
- Diabetic nephropathy, stage V (E10.2 + N08.3, E11.2 + N08.3)
- Severe circulatory disorders of the lower limbs, including gangrene (E10.5 + R02, E11.5 + R02)
- General contraindications to health resort treatment
