- Type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus with ideal, optimal or suboptimal glycaemic control, with or without complications (E10, E11)
- Diabetic peripheral angiopathy of the lower limbs (E10.5, E11.5)
- Diabetic retinopathy, stages I and II (E10.3, E11.3)
- Diabetic nephropathy, stages I–IV (E10.2, E11.2)
- Diabetic polyneuropathy (E10.4 + G63.2, E11.4 + G63.2)
- Impaired glucose tolerance (R73.0)
