- Transient cerebral ischaemic attacks and related syndromes (G45)
- Subarachnoid haemorrhage (I60)
- Intracerebral haemorrhage (I61)
- Other non-traumatic intracranial haemorrhage (I62)
- Cerebral infarction (I63)
- Stroke, not specified as haemorrhage or infarction (I64)
- Sequelae of cerebrovascular diseases (I69)
- Intracranial injury (S06): patients with consequences of brain injury in the form of asthenic, autonomic-vascular or hypothalamic syndromes, and after surgical removal of an intracranial haematoma, without severe hypertension, epileptic or epileptiform seizures or mental disorders; motor disorders may be present provided the patient can move and care for themselves
Contraindications

- Circulatory failure above grade IIA (I50.0)
- Coronary heart disease: angina pectoris, functional class IV (I20.0–I20.9)
- Severe disorders of cardiac rhythm and conduction: paroxysms of atrial fibrillation occurring twice a month or more (I48)
- Paroxysmal tachycardia (I47.0, I47.1, I47.9) with attacks more than twice a month; multifocal, grouped and early extrasystoles (R-on-T) (I49.8)
- Second-degree atrioventricular block (I44); complete atrioventricular block (I44.2)
- Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (E10), uncompensated and severe
- Liver failure (K72). Renal failure (N17–N18) above grade I
- Bulbar and pseudobulbar palsy
- Hyperkinetic, marked vestibulocerebellar and hypersomnic syndromes
- Progressive hypertension with crises
- Presence of sensory aphasia. General contraindications to health resort treatment
