Indications
- Stage II hypertension in patients with metabolic syndrome who are under regular medical supervision
- Stage II hypertension with signs of stage II dyscirculatory encephalopathy, in patients under regular medical supervision
- Hypertension in young patients after stabilisation
- Stage III hypertension in patients who have had transient cerebrovascular events or myocardial infarction, or who have eye conditions; hypertension associated with phaeochromocytoma
- Hypertension following uncomplicated hypertensive crises
Contraindications

- Circulatory failure of grade 2A or higher
- Angina pectoris, functional class IV
- Severe disorders of cardiac rhythm and conduction: paroxysms of atrial fibrillation and flutter occurring twice a month or more
- Paroxysmal tachycardia with attacks more than twice a month
- Multifocal, grouped and early extrasystoles
- Second- and third-degree atrioventricular block, complete heart block
- Arterial hypertension with marked changes in the ocular fundus; impaired nitrogen excretory function of the kidneys
- Secondary hypertension with the same changes in the ocular fundus and kidney function, with a crisis course
- Recurrent thromboembolic complications
- Cerebrovascular accident in the acute or subacute stage
- Decompensated and severe diabetes mellitus
- General contraindications to health resort treatment
