- General diseases of the oesophagus in remission or unstable remission
- Diseases of the stomach and duodenum in unstable remission
- compensation and subcompensation (chronic gastritis, functional disorders of the stomach and duodenum, non-ulcer dyspepsia, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum)
- Diseases of the liver, gallbladder and biliary tract in remission or unstable remission
- Dyskinesia of the biliary tract and gallbladder
- Chronic pancreatitis in remission
- Intestinal diseases of non-infectious, non-tuberculous and non-ulcerative origin, in remission or unstable remission
- Functional bowel disorders outside the acute phase
- Complications following surgery (operated stomach syndrome, post-cholecystectomy syndrome) outside the acute phase
Contraindications

- All digestive diseases in the acute phase
- Cicatricial narrowing of the oesophagus and intestines with impaired patency: stricture of the common bile duct and the cystic duct
- Peptic ulcer of the stomach in the acute phase, and of the duodenum, complicated by pyloric stenosis, repeated bleeding within the previous 8–10 months or ulcer penetration; Zollinger–Ellison syndrome
- Intestinal diseases of tuberculous, parasitic or bacterial origin
- Ulcerative colitis
- Post-operative complications requiring inpatient care in a surgical department
- General contraindications to health resort treatment
